Stu Ramsay is a Canadian who grew up in the Vancouver area. Stu and his wife have just recently returned home to Vancouver after living in Jamaica for the last six years. Stu's wife Jennifer taught English at the University of the West Indies, while Stu owned and operated Island Stained Glass in Kingston. For the last two decades Stu has been traveling to Western Australia to work and learn the craft of stained and leaded glass at Tradition Stained Glass & Leadlight, owned by his long time friend Kim Fitzpatrick, spending years down under in the process. In addition to the stained glass craft Stu has worked as a journeyman in several trades and subsequently went on to be a successful commercial general contractor for many years.

With this broad range of experience Stu has an excellent understanding of construction, design and application. All projects are custom designed and fabricated by Stu and each are treated as an individual, unique piece of artwork no matter how small or subtle.
